Effective December 1-April 30, winter parking hours will be in effect from 3:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m. within the designated parking areas per city ordinance. Starting this year, EJ DPW and EJ Police Officials now have the authority to have vehicles towed at owners expense as necessary during this time to help with snow removal.
 
Please be mindful of parking within these areas during these months!
